One word - WOW. Beautiful space, delicious food, and top-notch hospitality. We were very proud to host our family and friends for our wedding rehearsal dinner here. From beginning to end, Antonella was attentive, caring, and detailed. We felt so comfortable, and Antonella & Nick made us feel like family. THANK YOU times a million for starting our weekend off on the perfect foot!!

If your looking for authentic Italian/Sicilian cuisine, this is the place. More a bistro/cafe than a restaurant, but their food, atmosphere, and service are always outstanding... Many prepared foods to take out or to eat in - some hot, some cold (they will heat for you). Go!

Right off the bat CIBO hits you with high energy from the happy, friendly staff that can't help but put you in a great mood. They are very helpful with selecting your meal. We went with the Parmigiano, both the Cibo Chicken Cutlet and the Tuscan Grilled Chicken. The homemade Ciabatta bread was awesome with crunchy crust. The chicken was tasty and the cheese was just right. It's a big sandwich and both of my companions ate only half there and took the other half home for dinner. We'll be back! Again, at Cibo and had another one of the Chicken cutlet variations, the Milanese panini. The flavor just popped! What a fantastic sandwich! I tried the meatball Panini on this visit and it was great. The bread had that nice crisp outside and soft inside. The meatballs were quite flavorful and the sauce did not overpower that flavor.

Everything about this place says come here and get some yummy Italian food. This Market / restaurant is a nice place to go to get great Italian recipes. Their seafood salad, as well as the orzo with shrimp salads are both excellent. If you love eggplant then their caponata is outstanding. I have also enjoyed their slow-cooked beef short ribs. Their traditional Italian meatballs are some of the best I've ever had.

Legit, from top to bottom. Semi fast food Sicilian luncheon spot in a cozy and very friendly atmosphere. The photographs of Sicily blend nicely with the local artwork and crafts. There are paninis and soups, as well as some premade items like arancini and broccoli rabe and bean salad. (The spicy and tart caponata is testament to how authentic the food is). They also have homemade breads, sauces, ravioli, etc. The crown jewel of the place may be the little bar (no seats but a hi-top table nearby) where you can get wine or beer and some excellent desserts like cannolis, that are filled on the spot, not sitting in the display case getting soggy. For those of us who spend time on the Cape year-round Cibo has been a major addition to the food and culture scene. The women who run it truly do treat you like family (cliche, but true). Along with nearby Vic's Kitchen, The Corner Store, and Sunbird Cafe, downtown Orleans is a legit gourmet quick food hotspot.

Outstanding business in every aspect that matters, and then some.... Starting with Ownership and Staff, you are always greeted with a warm welcome no matter how busy the crowd is. Service is wonderful and suggestions they have given me have always been on point! Special shout out to Antonella and Jess...you ladies are the best of the best - better than all the rest! Food is top shelf. Ingredients? Always fresh. Portions? Amazing! Quality? Off the charts. Do yourself a favor (and thank me later), try the Polpette panini or the chicken parm! If these don’t regularize your patronage, I don’t know what will. Your value, for the dollar, cannot be matched anywhere in the market! And finally the coffee bar! Its design, the menu, everything....makes for a great meet up spot! Long live Cibo!! The community is so fortunate to have the talents of you all to serve us with such an amazing product.

My husband, toddler and I came here for lunch while visiting the cape. The food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was very friendly and inviting. There is lots of places to sit and eat but also great take out options. The staff made us feel like we were family coming over to eat. Highly recommend!
